The Way of Shambhala Calendar
Shambhala offers an extensive, structured series of training programs in authentic meditation practices and teachings for people who are interested in pursuing such a path. We call this The Way of Shambhala.
A great place to start is in the beginning with Meditation in Everyday Life or Shambhala Training Weekend 1. Because the courses and weekends build on a curriculum, it is necessary to take them sequentially (So, you need to complete Weekend 1 before you can take Weekend 2, etc).
