The Meditation Group for Mothers is held weekly in Sonoma, for mothers who are interested in learning to meditate as well as mother mindfully.

The Sakyong Foundation and Karme Choling are working together to collect 100,000 aspirations to be placed in a stupa - a monument to peace- being built at Karme Choling Retreat Center in Vermont. This is a wonderful project that will stand as a reminder of peace in the world for hundreds of years. You will find a video of Pema Chodron talking about aspirations here, and can also contribute your own.
